Research Interests

The understanding that the immune system protects us not only from infections but also from cancer has led to the development of therapeutic approaches which boost the activity of the immune system against established tumors.
My group goal is to harness the anti-tumor potential of the immune system to develop new therapeutic approaches to treat DIPG (Diffuse Intrapontine Glioma) and other pediatric brain tumors.
